Private equity firm Warburg Pincus is reportedly seeking to divest its stake in Stellar Value Chain Solutions, a third-party logistics company valued at INR 550-600 crore. The firm has appointed Rothschild to assist in the search for potential investors. Stellar Value Chain Solutions, which provides warehousing, transportation, and other logistics services to clients across industries, has shown steady growth in recent years and is expected to continue to expand. The search for a new investor comes as Warburg Pincus looks to divest some of its non-core assets and focus on new investment opportunities.
