Supply chain business Prozo announced on Tuesday that it had received 45 crore in a pre-series B round headed by Sixth Sense Ventures using a combination of equity and loan funding. Along with other notable investors, JAFCO Asia took part in the round.

According to a press statement from the firm, the current investment is a prelude to a bigger series B round scheduled for FY24. The money obtained would be used to grow the company's clientele, network of warehouse and logistics facilities, and Prozo Warehousing & Logistics SaaS platform.

Through a network of 30 omni-channel fulfilment centres spread across 12 sites, the firm provides supply chain services to close to 100 companies. The Gurgaon-based business, which was founded in 2015, has so far raised 131 crores of dollars. Sixth Sense Ventures also served as the round's lead investor and provided 76 crore in investment.

"Prozo has expanded in a very responsible manner and quicker than anticipated since our previous investment in March 2022.
