In a Pre-Series B round that took place in the past, Prozo raised a total of Rs 45 crores in debt and equity.

The building is a built-to-suite (BTS) warehouse with a 23,000 square foot space, located about 5 kilometres from the nearest highway, the NH27. A total of 3 lakh items of clothing, accessories, small electronics, etc. may be stored in its 900 LSS positions, which can support 16,200 bin positions. The facility also has room for 435 ground pallet positions. The PEB structure features FM2 flooring with a load-bearing capability of 5MT and a clear height of 12 metres.

The facility is entirely compliant, has all required permissions in place, and is a safe and dependable storage site with patrol guards, CCTV surveillance, and fire extinguishers.
