The well-known JBS Group, with its headquarters in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and Jeena & Company, a leader in supply chain solutions and freight forwarding worldwide, have announced their merger, which represents a major step toward offering complete logistic services.

By combining two established companies, this strategic merger improves logistics solutions for both local and foreign markets.

JB Shah Logistics will become JBS JEENA Logistics following the merger, combining the illustrious histories of the 124-year-old Jeena Group and the 67-year-old JBS Group. By combining the knowledge and assets of both companies, the merged company plans to grow at a 100 percent rate.
